Jeff Medders | Lead Pastor / Elder - EMAIL
Jeff Medders (M.A. Southern Seminary, Louisville, KY; B.A. College of Biblical Studies, Houston, TX) is the Lead Pastor of Redeemer Church. He and Natalie have two kids, Ivy & Oliver. He has written Rooted: Theology for Growing Christians and Gospel Formed: Living a Grace-Addicted, Truth-Filled, Jesus-Exalting Life. Jeff also writes for Desiring God, For The Church, The Gospel Coalition, Acts 29, The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and more. Kevin Bowles | Executive Pastor / Elder & Worship Leader - EMAIL
Kevin Bowles is the Executive Pastor & Worship Leader of Redeemer Church. He graduated with a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He received his Bachelor's degree in Music at LSU (Geaux Tigers!). Kevin & his wife, Aimee, have 4 beautiful children: Judah, Canaan, Annie, & Hallie. Kevin enjoys playing or watching sports (LSU or Houston teams), playing or listening to music, whistling, eating mexican food, dating his wife, sipping imaginary tea with his daughters, and wrestling with his boys.
Barry Pett | Elder / Pastor- EMAIL
Barry Pett is a lay pastor at Redeemer Church. He is a native of the cold but beautiful state of Wisconsin. He is quite the Cheesehead! He moved to Tomball in 1984 after earning a B.A. in Music Education from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma. He and Carolyn have three wonderful children; Courtney, Daniel, and Kelsey. Barry is the owner of Artista Media Productions, specializing in legal and event videography.
Brad Smith | Elder / Pastor - EMAIL
Brad graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggies class of 2006! WHOOP!!! Brad and his wife, Haley, have three amazing kids, Grayson, Camdyn, and Colby. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys mud runs, movies, and pretty much anything with sugar in it.
Skip Richter | Elder / Pastor - EMAIL
Skip received a B.S. in Animal Science and a M.Agr. in Horticulture from Texas A&M University. He and his wife Lori have 5 grown children, Emily, Bethany, Rebekah, Melissa and Jonathan, and one at home, Sarah. So they are preparing to be empty nesters soon. Skip works with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service as a horticulturist, which he is quick to point out is the original profession of mankind, ordained by God! He enjoys reading, fishing, hunting, gardening, camping, backpacking and most anything outdoors.

Amesha Daniels | Administrative Assistant - EMAIL
Amesha Daniels is the Administrative Assistant for Redeemer Church. She loves to travel (especially to tropical locations) but calls Texas home. She's been married to Russell for over 22 years and has five amazing children, Jon, Drew, Trae, Bryce and Delaney. Amesha enjoys reading, scrapbooking, movie watching, laughing and hanging out with friends and family.
Carolyn Pett | Financial Administrator - EMAIL
Carolyn Pett is the Financial Administrator for Redeemer Church. She was born and raised in Tomball. She and Barry have three children, Courtney, Daniel and Kelsey and two grandchildren, Karsyn and Owen. Carolyn enjoys reading, Starbucks vanilla lattes, chocolate, and the beach!
Lawson Flowers | Student & Family Minister EMAIL
Lawson is the Student and Family Minister at Redeemer Church, overseeing our children's ministry and youth ministry. He has a degree in Rhetoric and Writing from The University of Texas at Austin, and also completed a residency at the Austin Stone Community Church. He is currently pursuing his M.Div at Southern Seminary. He is married to Caroline, and has three children: Brooks, Eliza, and Jones. Lawson enjoys reading, writing, sports, fire pits, family time, and hanging out with students!
Christina Googer | Children's Ministry Assistant EMAIL
Christina graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Sociology in 2010. She loves being married to Dale, and mothering her three crazy kids, Casper, Dawnette, and Simeon. She enjoys writing, painting, and reading, all of which she doesn't really have time to do anymore, but she does like to cook, which she does daily.
Lori Richter | Biblical Counseling - EMAIL
Lori has completed her Foundations in Biblical Counseling certificate from Christian Counseling Educational Foundation and is currently pursuing a Topics in Biblical Counseling Certificate. She graduated from Texas A&M University ’82 with a degree in Education. She is the wife of Skip Richter, mother of six children, and grandmother of Evelyn. She loves to sew (but hates mending and altering), quilt, and make dresses for sweet Evelyn.
Matt Odom | Deacon | Finance - EMAIL
Matt has been a Deacon at Redeemer Church for the past 2 years. He and his wife Mandy have two sons together, Luke and Will. Matt works as a CPA in The Woodlands and the local Houston area and has a Masters in Accounting from The University of Texas. He is passionate about almost anything outdoors, loves working out, cycling, hunting and fishing, baseball, and spending time with his family. His favorite scripture is John 15:13.
Jim Wilkie | Deacon | Finance
Jim, the third oldest of 13 siblings, was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his BS in Finance from Indiana University, where he met his wife, Kelly. They have been married for over 27 years and have two children, Sean and Megan. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Seacoast Commerce Bank. In his spare time he loves to scuba dive, play golf, and ride his Honda. Jim strives to never be lukewarm, and to avoid wearing a tie.
Brandon Eads | Deacon | Mercy - EMAIL
Brandon serves on the Building Team at Redeemer and is also a Deacon in charge of mercy needs. He graduated from Texas A&M Engineering in 2004. He is a business owner and Realtor. He and his wife have four young children. Brandon enjoys time with his family, fitness, hunting, fishing, golf, and lake trips with friends.
Brett Gill | Deacon | Mercy
Brett moved to Tomball in 2007 after earning a B.A. in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. He and his lovely wife Rachel have been blessed with three beautiful girls: Caroline, Anna, and Grace. Brett is a project management consultant in the oil and gas industry and enjoys time with family, sports, and playing tea parties/tackle with his ladies.
Dale Googer | Deacon | Mercy
Dale is husband to Christina and father to Casper, Dawnette, and Simeon. He thought it'd be a really cool idea to go to a Texas Agricultural and Mechanical school in College Station and get a degree in Theatre Arts just so that people could look at him strangely for the rest of his life. Some of his favorite books are Till We Have Faces, Amazing Grace (a biography of William Wilberforce), and Pilgrim's Progress. He has no interesting hobbies.
Mandy Odom | Deaconess | Hospitality - EMAIL
Mandy is a marketing exec turned 8th grade English Language Arts teacher turned stay-at-home-mom. She and her husband, Matt, have two incredibly sweet little boys, Luke and Will. Mandy serves as a Deaconess in charge of hospitality needs, as well as the Women’s Ministry Director for Redeemer. If she had any, her spare time would be consumed by writing and reading. She also loves Crossfit, cooking, and chocolate chip cookies.
Kelly Wilkie | Deaconess | Hospitality
Kelly is a Deaconess in charge of hospitality and congregation care for Redeemer Church. She is married to her college sweetheart Jim and they have two great kids, Sean and Megan. Kelly enjoys reading, music, knitting and investing time in people's lives.
Chris Green | Deacon | Facilities
Chris serves as Deacon on the facilities team and also leads most of the technology related efforts at Redeemer. Most Sundays you'll find him in the booth serving on the media team. He is Director of Technology at BEMA Information Technologies and generally is passionate about all things technology. He and his beautiful wife, Sandy, have been married for over 21 years and have two children, Joshua and Kelly. Besides technology, Chris enjoys running, bicycling, and generally being active.
